Aiyu is unique to Taiwan and is produced once a year. Alishan's Aiyu has the best quality. The washed Aiyu pectin is particularly solid and chewy, and it is distributed between 1000-1500 meters above sea level.

Usage
Make dessert (Aiyu Jelly)
Put the Aiyu Seed in the cotton bag, rub it in the water for 7 minutes. Leave it for 10 minutes and then put it in the freezer. The Aiyu jelly will be ready after that.
